Which company has won the BTS outsourcing contract? I hear it's definately not TCS. Anyone know who it is?

I guess we'll all find out at the Thursday morning meeting. My guess is a partial BTS outsource or maybe 'Realignment phase 2' - everyone goes through the dreaded job-matching process and it's goodbye to those unfortunate enough not to find a match. Either way, it'll be bad news... And they wonder why morale is so low in BTS

10:00, Conference room 1. Lots of BTS invited (but not all) to discuss the 'Proposed changes' as part of the Support review.

So it's a restructure with 16 jobs to go.

BUT, why are L&G NOT allowing voluntary redundancies then? After all they did state in their press release they would use this method as well as natural retirement....... Clearly this is a method to get rid of targets, they have already decided who is going or staying. selection by using your latest appraisal, load of bollocks. Something like face fit, who do you trust now?

Yes and while we were all sitting there listening to the wonderful news, BTS' most notorious absentee was once again skiving at home with their feet up apparently.
Why don't we all follow suit. Seems to be perfectly acceptable to our spineless middle management.
I fancy a few days off once it warms up.
