L&G with TATA: is everything ok?

just been directed to this site because I heard that something is going to happen between L&G and TATA.



I always knew there was something fishy going on!

Has cameron pulled the plug on that Personal Accounts Delivery Authority (Pada) National Employment Savings Trust bid (NEST) yet?

I reckon when this thing gains momentum the tax-payer will want answers and don't forget L&G and their merry people of shareholders too!

We (at KWD) have been hearing a lot about this on/off. We suspect but we need this stuff out and now.

A few people have mentioned this already, and I reckon there is a key source who is poised, if it is what i think it is, then we're all going to have our work cut out!!!!

mate,explain - not a matter of being cryptic but we have been told to simply observe the dodgy stuff TATA are doing to L&G.

just getting fed up with our superiors holding back on investigating this until some people from TATA step forward openly to say what they witnessed happening.

the chances would be better if my bosses here in KWD would reach out to these people, they are already know bits and bobs.

this may eventually come out and then our betters will end up with large helping of eggs + shells for not acting sooner.

Do I understand that people are after evidence of some sort that TCS have been up to no good?

I know that a lot of TUPEd people took redundancy and signed a gagging order whilst others are still there (understandably) too scared to speak out... But I left of my own accord some time back and I would just love the opportunity to spill the beans on how these people work..... I saw up close the way things were done and especially how estimates were outrageously exaggerated and how SLAs were swerved.....

If someone on here can just post ther details of who you have to write to then please do....

Long gone, or anyone else for that matter... Karl Flinders at Computer Weekly will listen to what you have to say. He is a journalist specialising in outsourcing matters and will ensure anonimity if you want it.

If there is evidence of TCS taking money from L&G for work not carried out, then their shareholders and management need to know.

What the anti-tata brigade need to know is that a lot of the cheats that L&G are complaining about in kingswood anyway, were former colleagues who felt betrayed at being dumped by L&G and so they view this as payback.

some of the tcs managers who were ex-L&G specifically pressed to screw unworked cash out of L&G. funny that, considering that were a bunch of over-paid shifty bunch when they were still with us!

there was one slimebag that i've worked a few years ago before he left and came back who specifically asked to go to TATA mind, so basically, these crooks are not all off-shore workers. Most of them are ex-L&G.

Karl F. is a good man, but in order to bring this to more attention, tell L&G but don't leave them to sort it out because the likes of Dackie Joakes and Bike Mury will try to hush it up.

So take it out of their hands......... do it anonimously if you must and raise this matter with the serious fraud office, shareholder bodies, FSA, DWP, business secretary, etc....

by all means give Karl the exclusive because he's well respected in a good trade paper, but you guys really need to push those letters to the desks of the FT, the broadsheets, the daily mail - my favourite - and other news desks like city am, the bbc etc etc etc etc etc

I was told "ta-ta" last year because I didn't survive their rubbish rigged selection process.

The lot that stayed behind were told months before this selection process that they were safe in their jobs and that they should keep it hush-hush. A real disgrace to the ones being let go unfairly.

this was confirmed by a bunch of mates and coworkers who survived the axe and they were darn embarrassed when they told us they still had a job months before hundreds of us were told we were out!!!!!!!

I reckon the ones that were picked to stay behind were the scheming bunch who are willing to cheat L&G anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the union stabbed us in the back not once but twice. they first went to bed with L&G when we wanted to stay. and the second time they knowingly stood back after being aware that TATA were abusing the consultative process. maybe that union chappy andy wots-his-name took a nice brown envelope.

To those with any information or evidence, be aware that the law supercedes any crap non-disclosure document so come forward and do the right thing i say.

Remember that the IT industry is being carved up, and those who are kept are defrauding their clients - it gives an entirely new meaning to Rip off Britain!

To: Ze SS Pratsad - What you say about the selection process I think may be true. I've been told much of the same. BUT not everyone, and most likely few, of those that were kept on are as you describe in your 4th para.

I'm still in touch with some very good mates who were kept on, and I believe that they didn't know about it until 'that' interview, the one where you and I got the thumbs down.

They hate TCS, it's culture, it's management and it's double dealing. Why do they stay on? Wives, kids, mortgages and general financial pressure in a bad time for the IT industry.

Please don't judge them all because of a few.

Yes L&G managers knew about leaking money unlawfully, and some are looking the other way, but you'll amazed how quickly they'll turn when they are being investigated.

Right now, the heat is very low so to speak but a well placed source is stating that info is being sent here there and so on and the managers that are supposedly looking the other way are doing so because of what it means to them, and due to their long standing friendships with the ex-landg managers who run the tcs account.

These managers will first be quizzed by L&G's internal bunch, then who knows. In times of austerity, job losses to overseas firms, ordinary shareholders being squeezed.... it will not be pretty but i want to be around to see it.

anyway I thought the whole idea of outsourcing was to save the company money and not to lose it via supposedly fraudulant means!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't know that it is ok to stand by and watch supposed theft and or nasty things being committed is excusable if you have a family or a mortgage and general financial pressures.

for those with so-called wives and children, your families will grow up worse off having parents that don't point out the wrong i suppose!

must say, it isn't a few either 'cause most of the managers that were kept on are a dodgy bunch, but a few have stood up and said no, so i hear and most of them were marched off. What about their families and mortgages?

it is possible but i heard that we are in talks at being taken over!

maybe this is why the management have suspended investigating the possible swiping tata have been doing?
