AGM TCS "overpayment" - why no posts ?!!

Has BB moved elsewhere - or is everyone one on permanent leave ?

Wanted to follow up the fallout / cover up of the TCS alleged overcharging.

I suspect that the reason for the lack of posts (none for six weeks from end June) is because BB has lost credibility thanks to those who banged on about over charging and 'big revelations' at the AGM.

This came to nothing and thanks to this, anything else posted on the board has to be taken with a sack of salt.

Do you h ave any idea how hard tata and landg worked to keep this under wraps? How about a number with six zeros at the end of it!

I heard that this still going on, and some lot Are ready for it when the NeXT round of job cuts Are done with at landg and tcs.

Insider - Calm down, dear. The fact that you have taken 3 weeks to respond to my previous post suggests that you too have lost interest in BB. Take a look at the number of people who look at the posts lately - well down.

These two things suggest that I am right - The lack of posts and interest in BB generally has gone down the pan since those who bigged up overpayments and AGM revelations failed to deliver the goods. BB has lost credibility because of this. All you can contribute is more rumours (Yawn).

It's a shame because the real issue, which is ICT abuse, is no longer discussed on BB.

Tataed - Far from being a "Numpty". I think you're just reading too much into it.
Lack of interest due to AGM threats - Possibly, but more likely the "threats" did the job anyway. I certainly witnessed some very worried faces.
I think it more likely that the lack of post is purely down to people moving on with their lives. More and more have left and probably care little about the L&G anymore.

At the end of the day L&G don't care about the lack of progress with outsourcing. Penalty charges will just keep rolling in from Tata and IBM.
They care even less about any possible fiddling of figures, because their mission is accomplished.

Headcount is down, overheads are down, share price is up.
It's a short term fix to keep the company's profile at top of the tree.
In the long term it will cost but, by that time, they will be in the possition to swallow the cost.

The best stance for anyone left to take is to hang on, keep your head down, collect the money and don't give a s&*t about the company you once cared about.
